Emeric Montinho obtained his Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry at Paris-Saclay University (Orsay, France), as well as a “Magistère” diploma in Molecular Physico-chemistry from ENS Paris-Saclay (Gif-sur-Yvette, France).

He joined the group in April 2021 for a four-month internship on chiral phosphoric acid-catalysed reactions before coming back in January 2022 to focus on organophotocatalysis for six months.

He began his doctoral studies in October 2022 working on the same topic.

Outside the lab, he enjoys spending time with his friends, cooking and climbing.
